Who we are

This website (vbtcoach.com) is owned and operated by Core Advantage Pty Ltd, a company registered in Australia (ABN 63 166 138 781). We run a select-entry gym for athletes in Melbourne. More at coreadvantage.com.au.

Not medical advice

Nothing on this site is medical advice. It is fitness information. Always consult a physician before starting any new workout program or fitness regimen.

What we sell

We sell digital products. Your purchase gives you access to a program or programs via our website.

Refund policy

We believe our programs are effective when followed diligently. We expect you to act in good faith and complete the program before requesting a refund. If you purchased by mistake, or completed the program diligently and found it ineffective, we'll refund your purchase — email us and describe the issue. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe you are not acting in good faith.

Registration, privacy, and use

To purchase, you'll need to register as a user.
We will not share any personal information you provide.
Reviews you submit may be used publicly to promote our programs.
Purchases are licensed for personal use — yourself or a direct household member only.
All content on the site is proprietary. Please don't share it outside your direct household.

Expected conduct

We expect all users to behave respectfully toward other users and Core Advantage coaches.

Our right to cancel

We may cancel your membership and refund your purchase without notice if we believe you're not acting in good faith or are breaching these terms.

Liability

We cannot guarantee effectiveness for every individual. You are entirely responsible for your use of our programs and should ensure they are appropriate for you. We are not liable for any damages arising from following our programs. We make no guarantee of continuing website access or uptime (though we'll always do our best to help if something goes wrong — reach out).

Core Advantage Pty Ltd, and its predecessors, successors, licensors, beneficiaries and/or affiliates welcome you to vbtcoach.com (the "Site"), which includes all web pages within the Site. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, whether or not you register as a Member. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, do not use the Site. Core Advantage Pty Ltd may revise and update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site will mean you accept the revised Terms.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER. THE INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THIS SITE OR SENT TO YOU BY A CORE ADVANTAGE PTY LTD TRAINER IS INTENDED TO ASSIST YOU IN YOUR FITNESS AND PROFESSIONAL EFFORTS. ALL INFORMATION IS OF A GENERAL NATURE AND IS FURNISHED FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. YOU AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CORE ADVANTAGE PTY LTD IS NOT A MEDICAL ORGANISATION, HOSPITAL OR STAFFED BY MEDICALLY TRAINED PERSONNEL. Registration

You must register as a Member in order to obtain a fitness or nutrition program. You represent and warrant to Core Advantage Pty Ltd that all personal information provided during registration is true and correct. Core Advantage Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel your Member status if you violate these Terms or any other posted policy on the Site.

Fees

Some features require payment. You agree to pay the fees and any applicable charges at the rates in effect when incurred. The Site uses Stripe, Square, & PayPal to process credit card transactions. All charges are billed automatically to your credit card or PayPal account.

Lifetime access

"Lifetime Access" refers to the lifetime of the Site and of Core Advantage Pty Ltd. Core Advantage Pty Ltd reserves the right to remove and modify all components of the website at any time, including content within a Lifetime Access membership.

Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Core Advantage Pty Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision.

Limitations on use

Core Advantage Pty Ltd grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access the Site for personal, non-commercial use. All content, metadata, design, fitness plans, and intellectual property available through the Site (the "Proprietary Materials") are the property of Core Advantage Pty Ltd or its licensors. Unless you have written consent, you may not copy, reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, display, retransmit, rearrange, modify, or create derivative works using the Proprietary Materials, or scrape or display our content on another website or service.

Copyright claims

If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, send a written notice to our Copyright Agent at: 39 Cleeland Road, Oakleigh South, VIC 3168, Australia, including: (1) a description of the copyrighted work; (2) location of the infringing material on our site; (3) your contact details; (4) a good-faith statement that use is not authorised; (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf; and (6) your electronic or physical signature.

We may terminate your Member status if you misuse the Site, including but not limited to: uploading unlawful, harmful, or objectionable content; impersonating others; uploading material you have no right to distribute; uploading content that infringes intellectual property rights; sending unsolicited advertising or spam; uploading malicious software; attempting to interfere with our servers; or collecting personal data of other users without consent.

Disclaimers of warranties

YOU USE THE SITE AT YOUR OWN RISK. CORE ADVANTAGE PTY LTD EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS OR EFFICACY OF THE CONTENT AND ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR ANY ERRORS OR INACCURACIES. YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE IS ON AN "AS-IS", "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. CORE ADVANTAGE PTY LTD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR ITS RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

Limitation of liability

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. The sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising out of these Terms will be an appropriate court located in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

Promotions and offers

Price discounts cannot be combined with other discount offers. Promotional offers are intended for the addressed recipient only and cannot be transferred. If you are not the intended recipient, the offer is null and void.

Delivery

We offer online software packages that do not require physical delivery. Upon completion of proper sign-up procedures and any required payment processing, we will make every effort to ensure you have immediate access to your online package.

Refunds

If at any point you feel a program purchased through our site is not meeting your requirements, you are welcome to request a refund by emailing osgood@coreadvantage.com.au. We reserve the discretionary right to refuse or oblige any refund request based on the merits of each case.
